Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group carries a rich legacy of more than 75 years in the education landscape of India and offers a holistic education with strong values and traditions through its schools and institutions. Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group works with the vision of empowering young minds from pre-nursery to post-graduate level through its network of schools where learners are empowered to excel in academics and extra-curricular activities.
Over the years, we have been consolidating this commitment to education by setting up Seth Anandram Jaipuria Schools across India with the objective of providing quality education. We plan to replicate our schools, especially in Tier2/Tier3 cities, in partnership with, interested edupreneurs.
At present, we have 18 operational K-12 schools, 5 pre-schools, and 2 Business Management Institutions with a combined strength of more than 20,000+ students and 15000+ alumni across Northern India. We strive for creativity, values, and excellence in K-12 education and are committed to nurturing the future of the country’s children.
Business Model
As a franchisee, we would be selling the right to use our brand name, training, and operational guidance, operating systems, marketing & advertising resources, training, and support to prospective entrepreneurs who want to set up a school in India.
We offer a FOFO (Franchise owned franchise-operated) model, where we award a license of our brand name and expertise to the franchisee for a pre-agreed time period. The benefits of this model include brand recognition along with maximum growth in a lesser period of time and capital.
Roll-out plan
It all starts with your passion to start a school in your city. Once you have evaluated your business requirements and are ready to initiate the process, you can schedule a site visit along with catchment area analysis by our corporate team. Once this is done, the project cost and other details would be shared with you.
We would help you understand the legal requirements of the process, create needed paperwork, and register as a franchisor. We would also assist in school set-up and provide pre-launch school support.
Support provided by the brand
We provide assistance in CBSE affiliation, share detailed process manuals, and help our partners in identifying high-quality human resources to build up the school in the initial days. Regular training & development and quality checks of the processes are in place to ensure the smooth functioning of the schools.
We help franchisees with detailed day-wise lesson plans. We provide training on the implementation of lesson plans and individual support to teachers in their respective subject areas. We offer guidance on materials required or substituted.
Our IT Infrastructure, ERP software, and auxiliary services strengthen franchise business operations by increasing visibility, improving marketing, and increasing overall financial performance.
