Jaipuria Annual Refresher Training 2022 to build new-age competencies in teachers
In a bid to build new-age pedagogical competencies in teachers, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools launched ‘Re Skilling-Up Skilling: Jaipuria Annual Refresher Training 2022’ in Lucknow on June 17, Friday.
The two-day event, being held on the campus of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Shaheed Path, Lucknow, commenced with an opening ceremony featuring the Chief Guest, Dr Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh, Director, Basic Education, Uttar Pradesh, and Guest of Honour, Ms Manju Rana, Director Schools, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Bahadur Singh said, “This initiative to train teachers in different modules is indeed commendable. Given the dynamic nature of education in today’s times, teachers need to constantly reskill and upskill in order to keep abreast of the new pedagogical practices.”
Ms. Manju Rana said, “National Education Policy 2020 recommends 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development training for teachers. This program implements that vision by training teachers in relevant new-age practices.”
‘Re Skilling-Up Skilling: Jaipuria Annual Refresher Training 2022’ is a two-day program. The first day features pertinent training on sessions such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Art Integration, Child Psychology, Team Building, Happy Classrooms, and Charismatic Teaching Skills.
The second day features subject-specific sessions on English, Hindi, Maths, Social Science, and Science. Certificates are going to be given to all participants at the end of the second day.

This is the second edition of the Jaipuria Annual Refresher Training. The previous year’s training was held in the online mode.
