Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group organized a Principal Induction Program on 26th February 2020 for principals of newly launched partner schools. Principals of Sitarganj, Alambagh – Lucknow, Tarna – Varanasi, Raebareli, Mirzapur, Satna, and Dibiyapur attended the induction program. The objective of the program was to acquaint the newly recruited principals with the culture and ethos of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions.
Mr. Vinod Malhotra, Director, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group initiated the one-day session with the stakeholders. He welcomed everyone to the program and talked about how the corporate office is going to help partner schools in terms of services being provided. He emphasized on the implementation of the Mission and Vision of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group within the partner schools.
Training on school compliances and affiliation was delivered by Mr. Harish Sanduja, Director – Schools, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group. He shared how compliances needed to be carried out in schools. He emphasized that the paperwork related to the same has to be initiated by the schools.
Mr. Anirban Bhattacharya, Associate Vice President, Partner schools, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group took a session on Partnership and Collaboration. The session was carried out through an interactive digital platform for engaging all participants. He talked about stakeholder ownership, Jaipuria value delivery, the importance of the partnership, and ways to work in a cohesive manner.
Mrs. Sumana Mandal, GM Academics, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group conducted sessions pertaining to 360-degree audit of Academics, Operations, Projects, and Affiliations along with the importance of conducting parent orientation program. She also talked about the services being provided by the corporate office regarding the planning and implementation of curriculum.
A session on ERP and Awareness was implemented by Mr. Sachin Singh, Manager, (ERP&MIS). He introduced the newly launched ERP which gives a very good understanding of all the verticals in schools and helps principals to be aware of what all is happening in the schools.
The essential components of Jaipuria’s vision and how it is implemented in schools through vertical and horizontal planning was shared by Ms. Sushma Raturi, Head – Training and Learning.
Ms. Tapasi De, AGM, Academics talked about how schools can improvise by applying the principles of Design Thinking within the school curriculum.
Ms. Lovely Arora, Senior Manager, Academics talked about the many benefits of school audits and how to carry out the same within schools.
The induction program was successful in sensitizing the principals of partner schools about the vision and mission of the Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group along with practical ways of implementing the same within their respective schools. The session was really helpful for the newly appointed administrators who acquired the knowledge and skills to think and plan strategically for personalized student success.
